Rules & Etiquette In-Person Sessions  ~what you need to know before you call & once we meet

When you contact me for an in-person session you may address me as Mistress or Mistress Suzanne or Goddess. Do not start calling me Mommy for example to book a session because that is not professional. I wish to be addressed professionally and respectfully until we are "in session/role", as I will do the same for you. You will have gone through my website in full detail so that you know my rates and are aware of the deposit and you know my hours of availability. Do know that I'm extremely selective as to who that I actually meet with which is based primarily on your fetish interests, respectfulness and generosity. If I think we will be a match I will accept your booking and will expect your deposit at that time. Understand that the deposit is non refundable and any rescheduling needs to be done more then 24hrs in advance 

Incalls are conducted at my private home studio in South Vancouver. I will not share my exact address until I know you are outside  for your booked session(for safety reasons). I expect extreme discretion upon you entering as I am in a residential setting + have neighbors!! Once inside my place I will not tolerate any extreme increased verbal volume including crying, screaming or loud sexual moans etc. If you wish to have a "louder' session I suggest you book a hotel unless you can host.  My studio is available VERY limited hours! If I am coming to you, which I have much more flexibility to do, I will always exercise extreme discretion + will dress very casually or conservatively + change once inside. I will not come to any hotel/home where there are others I am unaware of in the place. If I ever encounter a client in a public setting outside of a session I maintain extreme privacy and will not acknowledge you. I will also NOT phone out to clients outside of a booking. Any contact with me is initiated by my client. I do not solicit myself directly.

I expect you to be showered, trimmed, teeth brushed and smelling good (cologne/body lotion) before you arrive. If I'm coming to you, same thing.  I am always freshly bathed, shaved all over, lotioned and have my nails done and feet pedicured. Unless you have specified an odor fetish fantasy or cream pie clean-up request, I will always be fresh and clean. If you have requested strap-on or pegging in our session it is MANDITORY that you have performed a douche or enema beforehand. Degrading, rude or aggressive language towards me is not tolerated. I am the Dominatrix, NOT YOU! Any situation wherein you are sexually exploiting me, demeaning towards me, trying to dominate me or ordering ME around physically or verbally, is unacceptable and the session will be terminated. Any clients that are rude, demanding or seem mentally unstable during the booking process or once in session will not receive continued service and will be rejected from future opportunities to see me. In terms of YOU communicating with me DURING the session I ask that if AT ANY POINT you are uncomfortable, don't like something I'm doing or saying, if I'm crossing a limit of yours or if you're experiencing unwanted pain or distress YOU MUST simply say "STOP I don't like that"!  No further explanation is necessary if you're not comfortable talking about it. Know that I WILL STOP IMMEDIATELY!! It is NOT my intention to violate anyone or inflict unwanted pain. I feel upset when a client doesn't say anything until the sessions over or even worse texts/phones me to tell me later that they felt violated! That's not necessary. I am very understanding, easy to talk to if you just try, and it's my goal to give you a good experience so you'll return! 

NO pictures or filming of ANY KIND is permitted unless discussed and agreed upon in advance. This is probably my most serious violation and immediate termination of the session should be expected with possible legal action taken towards you! Continuing on as my client is unlikely! I personally WILL NEVER film/photograph ANY session/client unless a client requests me to or I have their prior consent. I DO sign NDA's for my prestigious clientele and ensure the utmost confidentiality.

I request a deposit for ALL in person sessions EXCEPT hotel outcalls to regular or past clients as I am able to verify that you are a guest there + call you in your room at the hotel to confirm this. With any other in/outcalls there is no guarantee for me that you're real + will honor the booking. Because of the work I put into preparing to host a client + for outcalls the travel time/cost, I must ensure I'm compensated at the very least for such efforts in the case that a client forgets, changes their mind or wants to reschedule last minute without enough notice. I ONLY accept deposits through e-transfer so PLEASE have it ready to send when contacting me to book. Extras including gs + bs + out of distance outcalls must be sent with deposit. ALL MONEY SENT PRIOR TO SESSION START IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Re-scheduling is the ONLY way a deposit will be transferred and this MUST be done NO LESS then 24 hours before booked session time. I accept CASH ONLY upon arrival to pay the balance owing. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT accept e-transfers upon arrival!! NO BANKING TRANSACTIONS to begin our time together as this COMPLETELY KILLS THE MOOD! It has also happened that bank apps are down, or transfer suddenly takes a full 30 mins. If you can only send online IT MUST BE SENT NO LESS THEN 30 MINS BEFORE ARRIVAL!!
