Please note that ALL IN-PERSON SESSIONS require a deposit via etransfer in the amount of 100$ PER HOUR BOOKED! Twelve, 24 or 48 hr bookings must pay a 500$ reservation fee at time of booking followed by an ADDITIONAL 500$ deposit fee for overnight sessions, 1000$ deposit fee for 24 hr bookings and 2500$ deposit fee for 48hr bookings WITHIN 2-7 DAYS after reservation is made. THOSE DEPOSITS, IN ADDITION TO THE 500$ RESERVATION FEE MAKE UP THE TOTAL REQUIRED DEPOSIT FOR THESE EXCLUSIVE EXTENDED VIP SESSIONS. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE as they ensure your dedication to the agreed arrangement. The session balance is payable in CASH upon arrival or may be sent via etransfer no later then 30 mins before session start time. IF A 12-48 HR SESSION IS BOOKED WITHIN 48HRS FROM RESERVATION TIME THE TOTAL RESERVATION FEE AND ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT FEE MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF RESERVATION. ANY SESSION CANCELLATIONS made less than 24 hours prior to a session will incur the full session charge. I appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations can significantly impact my ability to offer services to other clients.
