IF YOU CANCEL YOUR IN-PERSON SESSION less than 24 hrs before it starts you ARE responsible to pay the FULL balance owing. The numerous other potential clients that I informed that I wasn't available during your booked session time certainly compromised if not completely ruined any chance of filling the cancelled timeframe with another booking!
